DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We currently use PET plastic for most of our products as it offers the following properties:
- Lightweight for transporting and packaging.
- Strong flexible, minimising additional packaging.
- Fully recyclable.
- Low energy input to recycling.
- The plastic does not leach harmful chemicals if placed in landfill.
For now, we are committed to increasing the level of PCR (Post-Consumer Waste) used within our PET bottles. By increasing this, we are working with our packaging partners on BIO plastic that offers incorporating more renewable plant materials (starch, glucose, vegetable oil and cellulose).
We are asking that you retain your Bottles and Jars and we will arrange pick up or postage. This is necessary to close the loop and keep Yanga Natural’s plastic supply completely self-sufficient and out of landfill.
Finally, we have long term plans for bulk and refill containers.
Orders are dispatched within one/two working days from our South Ockendon depot. We do both tracked and untracked with Royal mail and other couriers. We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12noon. During busy periods, it make take longer to process your order, and please note that delivery may be affected over bank holidays.
Covid 19 - we want you to be aware that during this uncertain period, we are obviously facing disruption and difficulties but we are endeavouring to process and ship all orders as soon and as quickly as possible. However, please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal, as the team adapts to changes in working rules and regulations.
Our team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, but the recent upsurge in orders may mean that your order may take longer to ship than normal. It is possible that it could take up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped out.
At present, our couriers and Royal mail are also experiencing severe delays due to the uncertainty of Covid 19. If your Yanga Natural parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks, please get in touch with our customer service team by emailing email@example.com.
Our European & international orders are taking between 2 & 5 weeks to reach our customers in some location. So please be aware of this when selecting your delivery options at checkout. Please allow the delivery timeframe for your order to pass before you contact our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment, if these apply.
Economy International Delivery Service: Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 21 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will then investigate and advise you on the next steps.
*Please note that our economy deliveries to countries outside of the United Kingdom are taking up to three weeks to arrive due to the current situation around Covid-19. We will be updating this page constantly when things change, so please check back in. If you have selected the economy delivery option at checkout, please wait for 3 weeks before contacting our customer service team.

Due to both the measures we have put in place to make sure we are keeping staff as safe as possible and current transport delays to international deliveries, orders are likely to take three weeks or more to reach you. For orders under 2kg, you will have the option of Royal Mail. Your parcel will be delivered by your local postal service. For orders over 2kg, see the International Courier options. International orders sent with Royal Mail are not tracked.
The following options are only available from customers ordering from the UK website and prices are determined by your location.
The amounts provided show the current minimum delivery charges offered by Yanga Natural Limited and are provided as estimates only. Additional charges may be incurred dependent upon the size, weight, and value of the goods. The actual delivery charges will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to placing your order. ORDER ISSUES AND REFUNDS
We offer all customers a no quibble returns if you are not happy with your order for any reason.
However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we can help with your request. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you out a returns form to send back with your order.
This does not apply to items purchased from the Yanga Natural’s Wholesalers or Concession outlets. If you have purchased any items from the outlets, we are only able to refund your purchase if the item arrives broken or damaged.
